Walking room  has been named by KPMG as one of the  innovations for the real estate sector in 2020. In the fifth edition of the Real Estate Innovations Overview, which was released in July, walking room is among various international innovations in the field of health, sustainability and digitization. Walking room started developing walking room in 2018, with the aim of creating the office of the future.

What will the office of the future look like? According to a recent article by  JLL , international real estate advisor, the function of offices will continue to evolve. Trends indicate that the importance of collaboration and innovation for employee productivity is becoming more important. Stimulating creativity is also becoming increasingly prominent and offices play an important role in attracting and retaining talent.

Walking roomhas been developed based on three elements:

Walking room can accommodate 15 people to work while walking on the largest treadmill in the world of no less than 35 square meters! The office of the future comes with fully equipped workstations, sensor environment, a green wall, water taps and a fruit bar.
